It's too early in the morning, there was a typo in the website for my church...

The website is: wwww.cathedralofhope.com

I encourage anyone seeking for the true meaning of what Jesus taught, and what God is saying to us today, to watch our church services online...you will be blessed.

Open your minds and hearts to the Holy Spirit, and give back what God gave us to give....Blake

I agree with what you said, keep this in mind: Don't put a period, where God put a comma....God is still speaking....

Check out my church website: wwww.cathederalofhope.com It will truly minister to any of you that have been lost and forgotten.

We are reclaiming Christianity as a faith of radical inclusion, and hope for peace and justice...

Happy Thanksgiving to my niece Kendra, and great nieces Chloe and McKayla...Love you all, Uncle Blake.

Phil, I do not have Twitter to answer you concerning a favorite song off your cd, so I will post my reply here.:-). I would say my favorite is "Sanctuary." I love the fact that the song tells us that God is there for us to go to with our problems, no matter how big or small they are. I should let you know, too, that my 7-year old son, who was diagnosed with mild autism, loves this song, :-). When he knows I am going to play your cd, he will often ask me to play "Sanctuary" first. If I can mention a second favorite, it would be "One." It is a great testimony of your heritage and a great encouraging lesson about performing an act of kindness toward someone else, especially if the Lord prompts you to do it.

Hi Phil. I wanted to thank you for taking time out of your busy schedule at the Michael W. Smith concert in Johnstown, PA on 11-19-09 to have your picture taken with me!!! Not many stars such as yourself walk around the hallways greeting fans and having pictures taken with them. You seem like a heck of a nice guy in person!!! You were fabulous on American Idol but listening to you sing once again - you definitely have a huge future ahead! I had backstage passes and got to meet Michael W. Smith but was dismayed when the guards told me NO PICTURES, but found out later on that they let others take pictures. I was devastated the entire concert (and still am), but was quite uplifted when I got my picture with you and discovered that hey, you are a great star also and I am honored and blessed to have met you in person!

The song "you're not shaken" saved my life during these past two months enduring my husbands passing from this world on to heaven. What a blessing you are! May God bless you with all His Riches from on high....You encouraged me 110%

I am still thinking of the concert in Sioux Falls. I had such a awesome time. This week I listened to your CD at work. It is a good one. I just have to balance the work to what kind of song is on!

My daughter Kayla was a huge American Idol fan and was a great fan of yours when you were on the show. She would call you her "silly willy Philly" and giggle everytime she saw you. She was soo upset when you left, but I told her you would do fine. Kayla passed away last year unexpectedly from her 3 year long battle against leukemia. I heard your song on the radio and smiled with tears and looked to heaven and said "See Kayla I told you your silly willy Philly would do great" You have a major fan in heaven. Stay true and do great things, Kayla is proud of you!!

I can totally identify with what you went through growing up being a preachers kid and not knowing how to express your fears and failures. I grew up not only a preachers kid but also a preachers grand-kid in the same small area. Rich Mullins continues to be an inspiration!

Rich Mullins is awesome. I was a young Christian when I first heard his "Awesome God." And I love "Sometime By Step," which has the lyrics that are sung a lot in churches, including mine.:-). Thanks for sharing about him, Phil.
